Tim has been building, designing, and executing websites since 1999, and he joined Americaneagle.com in September 2009. He has worked with high-profile customers such as Stuart Weitzman, Club 21 Global, Beretta, Erehwon Mountain Outfitters, and USTA. His specialties include online e-commerce consulting, web and business marketing, and project management. As a result, he brings insights into a client’s communications and business needs during each engagement. In addition to project skills, Tim also acts as a creative contributor to clients with experience in design, usability, programming, and web marketing.
As Director of Experience Marketing for Americaneagle.com, Tim works with clients on the strategy and implementation of their needs for personalization through implicit or explicit data methods. Beyond the personalization also comes the tracking and measurement of the engagement of their target audience, which if not already identified, are discovered and outlined through a strategic workshop. Tim works with clients on various platforms for Experience Marketing.
Tim holds both Google Analytics and Google AdWords certifications and is constantly reviewing the latest SEO trends and optimization techniques. In 2016, Tim was named Sitecore Digital Strategist MVP.

He is a graduate of Newcastle University Business School, a Russell Group institution, and during his degree has run a startup company and learned how to code on the side. Nancy is the Senior Director of Globalization at Dell EMC. In this role, Nancy is responsible for ensuring global business success for the company through a comprehensive globalization strategy. Her organization provides Internationalization and Localization services to the enterprise, along with comprehensive quality management and globalization technology programs. Prior to this role, Nancy was a Business Unit Manager at Lionbridge Technologies, managing localization service delivery for key client accounts. Nancy also ran a small translation firm for several years, operating out of the Washington, DC area.

Mr. Armacost brings extensive experience in management consulting and knowledge management, with a track record of delivering significant business impact for two leading global professional services organizations. Bob most recently held the position of Principal & Global Head of Knowledge at KPMG LLP. Bob led the strategy and implementation for KPMG’s global knowledge, collaboration and research capabilities, which delivered value for its business and clients by harnessing the knowledge of KPMG’s 160,000 people. Prior to KPMG, Bob served as the first-ever Director of Knowledge Management for Bain & Company, Inc., where he led the build and oversight of Bain’s award-winning knowledge capabilities and tools. Bob also served at Bain as a management consultant, where he led teams serving clients across multiple industries, including chemicals, industrial and building products, on strategy, performance improvement and M&A issues.
Bob has a Master’s Degree in Management from the MIT Sloan School of Management, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northwestern University.

Tara Bartley is an accomplished marketer with more than two decades in the global technology industry, excelling in field and product marketing, brand building, lead generation and new product launches. She started her career at technology powerhouse SAP, where she spent countless hours in the field interacting with prospects. Subsequently, Tara dove into the start-up and early-stage technology sector with Demantra (Oracle acquired), followed by Director roles at Maven (Yahoo! acquired), Signiant and Verivue (Akamai acquired), where she was responsible for everything from event planning to website optimization and public relations. Since 2012, she’s held both CDN product marketing and Media & Entertainment and Gaming field marketing roles at Akamai Technologies – the 6,000+ employee company that’s been trading on the NASDAQ for more than 15 years, and is currently valued at more than $9 billion.
Olga Beregovaya is VP, Technology Solutions at Welocalize. Prior to that, Olga was president of PROMT Americas, responsible for MT strategy and enterprise application development, and earlier was responsible for Language Quality Programs at Autodesk. Olga has 18 years of leadership experience in localization and expert knowledge of enterprise globalization and Machine Translation systems. She holds a M.A. (Hons) in Linguistics from St. Petersburg University and an M.A. in Linguistics from the University of California, Berkeley. She has a unique combination of client and vendor-side experience. Olga is a frequent presenter at various industry conferences.
